Tropical Storm ‘Inday’ has gained strength but it is expected to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) later today, on its way towards Japan.

‘Inday’ was last estimated 580 kilometers northeast of Basco, Batanes bearing maximum sustained winds of 75 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph.

It is forecast to move north northwest at 17 kph.

Despite its distance, ‘Inday’ will continue to enhance the southwest monsoon and bring rains over parts of Luzon and Western Visayas, the kind that Metro Manila experienced this morning.

More of those prolonged and even heavy showers with brief breaks could be expected; but otherwise, conditions could stay overcast for much of the day.

Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Bicol region, Cagayan Valley and Western Visayas will also be dealing with occasional rains throughout the day.

MIMAROPA will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Meantime, weather bureau PAGASA has spotted Tropical Storm ‘Halong’ (international name) in the distance.

It is moving west northwest, but PAGASA says there’s a low chance it will enter PAR.

Seeing the need to venture beyond the Sun-Earth connection, in 2016 Battros advanced his studies which incorporates our galaxy Milky Way - and its seemingly rhythmic cycles directly connected to our Solar System, Sun, and Earth driven by the source of charged particles such as galactic cosmic rays, gamma rays, and solar rays. Now, "Science Of Cycles" is the vehicle which brings the latest cutting-edge discoveries confirming his published Equation.
